Chaine, des Rotisseurs, an organization that promotes the fostering of growth, support and development of young professionals in the culinary, wine and hospitality industries celebrated its professionals with a Red Carpet Gala recently at Honolulu Design Center. Keeping in the spirit of the theme, guests arrived dressed as their favorite Hollywood movie character.
