Sponsors, friends and colleagues came out for “Chip In for Castle,” Castle Medical Center’s 17th annual charity golf tournament at Mid-Pacific Country Club.

Proceeds from this year’s golf tournament will help to complete funding for the $15.5-million building project, which created a new three-story wing and renovated Castle’s patient care areas.

Past tournaments have raised more than $640,000, which has been used for improvements to the medical center such as installing advanced electronic chatting and nurse-communication systems.
