Ehime Hawaii Fundraising Golf Tournament

Last month two Hawaii baseball teams traveled to Matsuyama and Uwajima, Japan, thanks to funds raised through this golf tournament held at Pearl Country Club.

In Japan the players engaged in cultural, educational and sports exchanges with Japan players. The program was established in 2002 following the Ehime Maru tragedy at sea.

The Ehime-Hawaii Golf Tournament supports the Ehime-Maru Goodwill Youth Baseball Exchange which alterates venues between Ehime and Hawaii.
