A Night at the Moulin Rouge was the theme of the FAMES (Filipino American Multi-Ethinic Society) fourth annual fundraising event recently held at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Tapa Ballroom.

FAMES is a nonprofit business networking group that focuses on mentoring, education and leadership development.
