Seven individuals were honored at the Honolulu Forever Young Inaugural Awards Luncheon, including Satoru Izutsu, Daniel B.T. Lau, Mary Matayoshi, Tom Moffatt, William Paty, James W.Y. Wong and Rose Nakamura.

The awardees were selected based on the successes of their current careers, their healthy lifestyles and their contributions to our community through mentoring, philanthropy and volunteerism. Awardees must be at least 65 years of age and reside in the City and County of Honolulu.
