Hale ‘Aina ‘Ohana Golf Tournament
Del.icio.usThe eighth annual Hale ‘Aina ‘Ohana charity golf tournament was held recently at the Kapolei Golf Course to raise funds for culinary education. The tournament, sponsored by Better Brands and American Express, was coordinated by board members Mark Gmur and George Szigeti. Participants enjoyed specialty dishes prepared by Roy’s, Chai’s Island Bistro, Murphy’s Bar and Grill, Times Super Markets and more.
The annual tournament is Hale ‘Aina ‘Ohana’s key fundraiser. Founded in 1998, it is dedicated to championing Hawaii’s unique culinary traditions.
