The Hawaii Academy of Recording Arts presented Jimmy Borges with its signature honor, The Lifetime Achievement Award, at a reception recently in the Royal Hawaiian Hotel’s Monarch Room.

Esteemed 2008 recipients also recognized at the event were the Brothers Cazimero, Olomana, Cyrus Green and Edna Farden Bekeart.
