Hawaii Foodbank Kickoff Breakfast

The Hawaii Foodbank’s Board of Directors and Food Drive sponsors hosted its annual Kickoff Breakfast, officially starting the 19th annual Food Drive to collect food and funds to feed the hungry in Hawaii.

Approximately 300 supporters attended the breakfast to learn about hunger in Hawaii and how they can help by organizing food drives and fundraisers. The 2008 Food Drive goals are 550,000 pounds of food and $450,000.
