Hawaiian Grinds Party
Del.icio.usRicky Kurihara, who opened his restaurant Uncle Ricky’s Hawaiian Grinds in Oregon earlier this year, thanked the people who helped make it happen with a recent Mahalo Party at the Platinum Room at Aloha Tower Marketplace. The restaurant’s goal is to promote Hawaii as a travel destination, and cultivate the aloha spirit and a taste of Hawaii. Hawaiian Grinds is managed and operated by 35 students from Hawaii who are attending Oregon State University.
