HGEA Retirement Party For Russell Okata

HGEA (Hawaii Government Employees Association) celebrated the retirement of Russell Okata, who served as HGEA’s executive director for the past 26 years. About 600 people attended the Hilton Hawaiian Village event, which was co-chaired by Walter Dods and current HGEA executive director Randy Perreira.
