Hawaii Pacific University celebrated the 11th annual Paul C.T. Loo Distinguished Alumni Awards April 29 at The Pacific Club. Named in honor of one of HPU’s founders, the awards are given to alumni for career excellence and outstanding community service. This year’s awardees are Ralph Gallogly, Keiichi Ogawa and Stephane Castonguay.
