Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ new real estate magazine Island Homes Collection received a warm welcoming at the ultralounge Pearl recently.

Real estate agents, Coldwell’s marketing team, supporters and friends gathered to commemorate the first issue of the glossy magazine. Party-goers also enjoyed an elegant evening of gourmet appetizers and cocktails.
