Kahala Food & Wine
The Kahala Hotel & Resort presented its second Kahala Food & Wine Classic recently, “G’day Meets Aloha.” Hosted by Kahala’s executive chef Wayne Hirabayashi, the event took guests from the shores of Australia to Hawaii’s sandy beaches. The culinary journey included tastes from visiting Australian chef Brent Savage and sommelier Nick Hildenbrant of Bentley Restaurant and Bar, one of Sydney’s most celebrated dining establishments, and winemaker Michael Twelftree of Two Hands Wines.
