Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto hosted a benefit for Japan March 23 at Morimoto Waikiki, with all proceeds going to the American Red Cross’ Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami Relief.

The elegant evening featured gourmet food stations, a live auction and entertainment by Makana and Raiatea Helm.
