Ninth Annual Joy of Food and Wine
The ninth annual “Joy of Food & Wine” was staged recently at the Halekulani to raise funds for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific. Sara Moulton, executive chef of Gourmet magazine since 1988, was the featured chef for the evening.
Sponsored by AIG Hawaii, the gala showcased a silent auction, a special dinner prepared by Chef Moulton, wine tasting from Southern Wine and Spirits, cocktails and a stellar lineup of entertainment.
Honorary chair of the evening was Dr. Gene Doo, and chair was Dr. Laurie Tom.
