‘Plate Up Niu Valley!’ Food Fest

Niu Valley Middle School recently transformed its cafeteria into a gourmet experience with the help of its PTA, Friends of Niu Valley. The inaugural fundraiser, “Plate Up, Niu Valley!” partnered top isle chefs with student teams to create some of their signature dishes. The chefs donated their time and expertise, the students learned about the culinary industry, and parents and community members had a fabulous meal.
