Outstanding Volunteers Beatrice Lindsey, Sandra Kilohana Silve and Steve Yoshimura were honored at the Salvation Army’s Partners In Community Service awards banquet. Also recognized as the Outstanding Community Partner was Architects Hawaii Limited. The awards were presented at a special luncheon at the Ala Moana Hotel’s Hibiscus Ballroom.
