West Honolulu Rotary Club 55th Anniversary Dinner

The West Honolulu Rotary Club celebrated its 55th anniversary recently with three days of golf, food, speeches, fun and camaraderie. Concluding the event-filled celebration was the Mary Kawena Pukui Award Ceremony Dinner Banquet at the Hawaii Prince Hotel.

The evening commenced with entertainment by Puamana and an opening blessing by Kahu Bill Kaina. The Mary Kawena Pukui Award honoring a non-Hawaiian person who has made a significant contribution to the Hawaiian community, was presented to Esther Takakaura “Kiki” Mookini by the club.
