Spring 2007 Trend: White White: It’s fresh and clean, and far more practical than it may seem. Tons of designers showed multiple looks in white during the Spring 2007 collections. From Chanel and Dior to Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs and Calvin Klein, white was everywhere. At the Golden Globes, white was the new black: Stars such as Drew Barrymore, Kate Winslet, Jennifer Garner and Cameron Diaz, to name a few, all wore white gowns on the red carpet. This spring, why not try wearing a little white dress instead of a little black dress? White pants are a staple, from a flared sailor-style pant to a pair of white slim jeans. If you aren’t into wearing white clothes, try using white as an accent. White pumps are the perfect neutral - you’ll find that they really do go with everything. A white bag can be just the right thing to set off your look, and chunky white jewelry is a fun contrast point.
