Spring 2007 Trend: Short Dresses The mini-dress is back for 2007. Black, white, lace, patterned, color-blocked, voluminous or jewel-toned, this dress is the silhouette of the season, just as long as it’s short. And if it has pockets, even better! This shape is perfect dressed up (with sky-high platforms - another big look for spring) or casual (try ballet flats or gladiator sandals). Look for fun variations, like a boxy ‘60s look, strapless goddess-y versions, or a simple shift style. Whatever style you choose, make sure you choose one to wear this spring.
