Pua Jewelry Summer Show Local jewelry designer Lauren Hewett Caldiero (Pua Jewelry) will be having a Summer Show and Sale on Sunday, June 3 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Town in Kaimuki. The Deli at Umeke Market (Molly)
I am completely addicted to the Deli at Umeke Market. I’m there at least once a week, which is a lot considering it isn’t even in my neighborhood. It’s just so darn good, I can’t stay away. I alternate between the turkey burger, the organic tofu stir-fry, the tofu poke, the chicken salad with almonds sandwich, and any of its amazing soups. My favorites are the Detox Cleanse Soup (good for your liver!), the Thai Coconut Chicken, and the broccoli with walnuts.
And I always, always get a side order of its great organic kale salad. It’s lemony and garlic-y and completely raw, which makes it not only delicious but super good for you. I’m hooked.
