Alternative Apparel at Urbanz Toys
Kaimuki’s Urbanz Toys is known for their selection of designer art vinyl and plush toys. Need a Dunny? In addition to toys and collectibles, Urbanz Toys also carries items from the clothing line, Alternative Apparel. SMART loves the burnout tees (most comfy t-shirt). Urbanz Toys features a variety of t-shirts, short sleeves and tanks. Alternative Apparel is new to the store; it’s just been a few months since they’ve had the brand. “I like the fit and I like that they’re going green with organic cotton, and it’s eco-friendly,” says co-owner Kathy Bachlott. Also likes that people can customize their shirts and tanks with art. It’s like a wearable canvas—plus it’s stylish, comfortable and eco-friendy, too.
