Known to be the largest sake tasting outside of Japan, the evening includes newly released fall sakes, a grand array of sake appetizers from a select list of Hawaii’s top restaurants and special guest appearance by Chef Seiya Masahara of Yubara Onsen (winner of the epic monk-fish battle with Iron Chef Morimoto).
