Acid Dolls
Wednesday - September 09, 2009
Cindy King, a 1999 graduate of Kaimuki High School, is living a dream come true with the launch of her spring 2010 collection of Acid Dolls, which she describes as a “unique urban brand fused with eccentric and trendy styles of Asian cultures and the fun, flirty influence of Western fashions.”
King started Acid Dolls in 2003, the same year she graduated from the University of Hawaii Apparel Product Design and Merchandising program. She recently re-branded the line and joined forces with celebrity stylist Crystal Pancipanci. King continues to serve as designer, and Pancipanci has taken on the role of director of business development. Together, they celebrate the release of Acid Dolls’ new collection of fun party dresses, charming jewelry and fabulous shoes.
