American Apparel Opens In Waikiki

American Apparel, known for its simple clothing and cutting-edge advertisements, has opened its first Hawaii store in Waikiki.
Located at 2142 Kalakaua Ave. (near Planet Hollywood), the store carries a wide selection of apparel basics, including simple cotton T-shirts, tank tops, dresses, pants and underwear for men and women.
There also are T-shirts for dogs, apparel for infants, swimwear and accessories, including belts, bags and eyewear.
The company, which started in 1997, also is famous for having all its products made in the U.S. at its factory in Los Angeles.
There are 231 American Apparel retail outlets in the world, including stores in more than 30 U.S. states. Featured here are some of the newest styles available at American Apparel Waikiki.
