Fashion designer Bernard Foong is closing his “temporary pop-up boutique” at Ala Moana Center in January with a huge moving sale - all ready-to-wear dresses are 60 percent off, and all couture is 75 percent off.
“All stock must go,” he says. “I want to clear out my stock and start new.” Foong, who was born in Malaysia and lives on Maui, specializes in couture, modern bridal and evening wear.
