Christmas With Dog And Beth Chapman
Wednesday - December 23, 2009
Duane “Dog” and Beth Chapman, stars of A&E’s hit show Dog The Bounty Hunter, give MidWeek an exclusive peek into their beautiful Breckenridge, Colo., home all decked out for the holidays.
A crew of 14 people teamed up for four days to decorate the home. Decorations included 2 miles of color LED lights, 1 mile of white LED lights, 3,000 ornaments, 1,100 feet of garland, three main Christmas trees and four other trees.
The Chapmans generally spend Christmas in Hawaii, but the family filmed a special one-hour Christmas show at their Colorado home. It airs Dec. 23 at 7 p.m. on A&E (Oceanic channel 547).
“The show is a hunt for Santa,” explains Beth. “My 8-year-old son Garry Boy starts to lose faith in Santa, so our job is to put the spirit of Christmas back in him.”
