Fashionista’s Market, known for its popular quarterly designer sample sale fashion and beauty events, has opened a boutique at 1185 Bethel St. in Downtown Honolulu.

The store will have a grand opening event Friday from 5 to 11 p.m. with complimentary wine and champagne, pupus and giveaways. “We carry lines of designer clothing that can be purchased at wholesale or below,” says Alyssa Fung, who co-founded Fashionista’s Market in 2005 with sister Emi Hart. “We offer a full catering service at our large specialty events like beauty bars, seminars, fashion shows, cocktails and local vendor shopping. Our new store and outdoor patio area is an open venue for girls to book private shopping parties with their girlfriends. We also have a mini event every First Friday of the month, with cocktails and guest vendors offering special discounts or special services.”

Hart is no longer with the company, and in October, Anita Clemente, owner of neighboring Q Laser Center, became a partner of Fashionista’s Market.

Fashionista’s Market is open from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Private shopping parties can be booked after hours or on Sundays. Validated parking is available at Kukui Plaza. For more information, call 537-1115 or visit http://www.fashionistasmarket.com.
