Just Slippers

Slippers - they go with anything. At least, in Hawaii they do.
We wear slippers to the beach, mall, movies, parties, school, at the driving range, even while riding a motorcycle. And they are usually paired with jeans, boardshorts, dresses, skirts, T-shirts, aloha shirts - everything.
It’s probably safe to say that the good old “99 cent rubbah slippahs from Longs” will always be popular, but slipper companies today are offering a greater selection of thongs and slip-ons with style and comfort in mind.
From different colors and materials to enhanced details, slippers have become a fashion item that can really complete an outfit.
For women, the trend varies - thick soles, thin soles, wide straps, narrow straps, prints, solids, flowers, beads ...
For men, the slipper is simple looking, but with wider straps and molded soles for comfort.
Pictured here are some of the latest slippers available at Hawaiian Island Creations-Ala Moana. For more information, call 973-6780.
