SOLA2

For the past five years, Marie-Noelle Pouliot has been bringing trendy fashions to the Islands from her travels abroad through her fashion line Sola2. “I like to dress women of all ages and my clothes can be worn from the beach to a happy hour and even all night,” says Pouliot. “I travel abroad and have my clothes fabricated but also buy and wholesale order from various sources. Styles are trendy and/or influenced by different cultural arts and crafts.”
Her newest collection includes a variety of items, including dresses (from beach to cocktail), jumpsuits, tunics, yoga pants, sarongs, scarfs, leather handbags, sandals, hats, underwear and accessories. She also has men’s cotton shirts and wallets.
Pouliot, who is originally from Quebec City, hopes to one day open her own store and franchise it in all of her favorite resort destinations across the world, such as Tahiti, Greece, Dominican Republic and Spain. “I’ve always been a dreamer,” she says. “So far it has taken me all the way to Hawaii.” Sola2 will be at the Fashionista’s Market at the Blaisdell Center (Hawaii Ballroom) June 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and at the Night Market at Aloha Tower on the third Wednesday of each month.
You also can find Sola2 at Flower Child in Kailua, Bamboo Sky in Honolulu, Koi and Ginger in Kona and online at www.shopblaineashley.com. For more information, visit www.sola2-clothing.com or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
