“‘You bought this gorgeous outfit for how much? No way!’ That just about sums up the reaction of most folks who attend The Salvation Army’s Celebrity Fashion Show, Luncheon and Boutique,” says Daniel DeCastro, public relations director for the Salvation Army Hawaiian & Pacific Islands Division. “This year is no different from the past 18 years that this event has been taking place. Carefully selected by the ladies of the Salvation Army’s Women’s Auxiliary, hundreds of elegant and stylish pre-owned - most are slightly used, many are brand new - apparel, shoes, accessories, jewelry and other collectibles will be modeled and sold at rock-bottom prices.”

A fashion boutique will be open at 9 a.m. followed by the fashion show at 11:30 a.m. Proceeds from the event will help support the many social service programs of the Salvation Army for families in need.

Tickets are $50 per person. For more information, or to purchase tickets, call 440-1859 or 988-2136.
