The Ultimate You, a designer consignment boutique featuring today’s in-demand brands and styles at 50 percent to 90 percent off retail prices, has moved from Ward Centre to Kapahulu Avenue in the Sam Choy’s/Hee Hing Plaza building.
In business since 1983, The Ultimate You accepts jewelry (fine or fashion, new or vintage), clothing and accessories - by appointment only. Fashions must be current (within the past two years), brand new or looks “absolutely” new, in perfect/pristine condition, fresh, clean, pressed and on hangers.
“Many customers from all over the world say we’re the finest consignment boutique,” says owner Kelsey Sears. “We have new arrivals every day, and we have a very loyal following from all over the world. It was named The Ultimate You because our goal is to help people in reaching their ultimate selves.
“We carry a full range of fashions for people from 11 to 102. We have dressy to casual, for warm weather and cold weather, and we’re also one of the leading fur sources in Hawaii.”
Consignors receive 40 percent of the selling price. And most clothing is reduced after 30 days. The consignment period is 30 to 90 days depending on the price of the items.
