Tory Burch at Sacs in the City

The Junior League of Honolulu presented its seventh annual Sacs in the City event March 5 at Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa.
Described as a fashion-ista’s fantasy, the event featured a silent auction dedicated mainly to luxury handbags, and a fashion show luncheon with the new spring 2011 collection from Tory Burch on the runway. Launched in February 2004, Tory Burch is carried at 45 freestanding Tory Burch stores across the U.S., Europe and Asia, online at ToryBurch.com and in more than 500 select department and specialty stores worldwide. In Hawaii, Tory Burch is located at Ala Moana Center.
About 500 people attended the sold-out Sacs in the City show, and more than $50,000 was raised with funds going to support the Junior League of Honolulu’s mission of promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through projects such as Kids in the Kitchen, My Story, Impact Honolulu and Wahine Forum.
