Some humans, however, couldn’t figure out how to get along. In the parking lot we witnessed two macho guys ramming each other head-on with their SUVs, then fuming off in a cloud of desert dust ... The Honolulu Police Community Foundation invites students to apply by April 30 for its college scholarships. Former HPD chief Lee Donohue chairs the group (942-1400)
