Esther accepted the award - along with a chant by Puakea Nogelmeier - at the society’s conference Oct. 22 on HPU’s Hawaii Loa campus. Christmas parades. Among them, these men have orchestrated the annual marches through Waimanalo (Andrew), Kaneohe (Art) and North Shore (Don) for about 100 years. Don even doubles as Santa Claus for the North Shore candy caravan ...
