Major Gen. Robert G. F. Lee congratulates Jessica Jane Swanson Nov. 28 for being named Navy Spouse of the Year by the Honolulu Navy League. The presentation was made during the University of Hawaii’s annual Military Night celebration at Aloha Stadium. The Warriors defeated Navy 24-17.
