* MARCHERS The Menehune Marchers sponsor a 10K volks-march at 9:15 a.m. Jan. 12 at Waimea Valley Audubon Center. Sign up in advance; small fee required. Call 626-3575.
* NEIGHBORS The Mililani Mauka-Launani Valley Neighborhood Board meets at 7 p.m. Jan. 15 at Mililani Mauka Elementary School; Wahiawa board meets at 7 p.m. Jan. 21 at Wahiawa District Park; North Shore board meets at 7 p.m. Jan. 22 at Alii Beach Park; and MililaniWaipio-Melemanu board meets at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 23 at Mililani Rec Center 3. * WAIALUA PERMIT The city Department of Planning and Permitting holds a hearing at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 22 at Waialua District Park on an SMA permit to add two houses, a wastewater plant and soil absorption system at 68-085 Au St. Call 768-8031.
* COLLEGE AID First Hawaiian Bank and the Hawaii Association of College Admission Counseling present a College Planning Workshop at 7 p.m. Jan. 28 at Mililani High School for parents and students. Call 842-8900.
* BLOOD DRIVES The Hawaii Blood Bank conducts donor drives from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 18 at Mililani Tech Park; 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 18 in the Leilehua High School library; 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 19 and Feb. 2 at Mililani Town Center; and 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Jan. 22 at Wahiawa General Hospital.
