* OHA WORKSHOP The Office of Hawaiian Affairs conducts a mandatory workshop at 1 p.m. June 22 at the old Waialua Courthouse for those interested in applying for Community-based Economic Development grants. Call 594-1990.

* MOVIE NIGHT Wahiawa Library hosts Family Movie Night at 6 p.m. June 23 and 30 and July 7 and 14. Call 622-6345.

* NEIGHBORS North Shore Neighborhood Board meets at 7 p.m. June 23 at Haleiwa Alii Beach Park and Mililani-Waipio-Melemanu meets at 7:30 p.m. June 24 at Mililani Rec Center III. Call 768-3710.

* ZONTA SCHOLARSHIP Leilehua Zonta Club and its president Bernadette Pigott, along with five other Hawaii Zonta clubs, are offering a $5,000 scholarship to women pursuing undergraduate degrees in business-related fields. Deadline to apply is June 24. Call Rene Mansho at 306-1876

* BON DANCE Wahiawa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple has its bon dance at 7:30 p.m. June 26-27 at 1067 California Ave. Call 622-4320.

* ART SHOW Oahu Arts Center sponsors an art show with a dozen artists now through June 27 at Cafe Che Pasta at 1001 Bishop St. Call 271-1344.

* DOG ADOPTIONS Hawaii Dog Foundation stages a “meet and greet"from noon to 2 p.m. June 27 at Mililani Mauka Dog Park to let potential adoptive families get acquainted with their homeless dogs. Call 782-8387.

* SCHOFIELD HIKE Hawaiian Trail & Mountain Club leads a 9-mile advanced ridge hike of Schofield-Waikane at 8:30 a.m. June 28. Go to http://www.htmclub.org.

* SLACK KEY Slack key artist Danny Carvalho performs at 6:30 p.m. June 29 at Mililani Library. Call 627-7470.

* BIBLE SCHOOL Mililani Presbyterian Church has a free Vacation Bible School from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. June 29-July 3, including dinner, at 95-410 Kuahelani Ave. Keiki ages 3 through grade 6 are welcome. Theme is"Crocodile Dock - Where Fearless Kids Shine God’s Light.” Call 623-6663.

* ARTS & CRAFTS Friends of Kahuku Library conducts an arts and crafts fair from noon to 7:30 p.m. June 30 at the library. Call 293-2714.

* GOLF TOURNEY The third annual Leilehua High School Band golf tournament begins at 12:30 p.m. July 1 at Leilehua Golf Course. Call 224-4080.

* BANDSTAND Waialua Bandstand hosts the Royal Hawaiian Band at 4 p.m. July 5, sponsored by North Shore Realty. Call 637-4520.

* SCHOOL SUPPLIES Prudential Locations employees accept school supplies July 6-10 at their Mililani office at 95-720 Lanikuhana Ave. #120 for a “Backpack to School” project for needy children on Oahu and Maui. Call Monica Salter at 265-0073.

* TV PRODUCTION ‘Olelo Community Television begins a six-part course on TV production July 7 at the North Shore Media Center in Kahuku. Fee is $75. Call Angela Breene at 293-9357 or 392-6942.

* WAIALUA ART Waialua Library hosts a mixed-media exhibition of art by Waialua High and Intermediate students throughout the summer. Call 637-8286.

* CHILDREN’S COUNCIL The Central District North Community Children’s Council meets at 6 p.m. July 15 at Leilehua Golf Course dining area.All parents of children with special needs are welcome. Call Jane at 655-4777.

* HALEIWA MARKET The Haleiwa Farmers Market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sundays at old Kamehameha Highway and the Bypass Road with more than 40 vendors of locally grown or made products. Call 388-9696.

* POLO Hawaii Polo Club has matches at 2 p.m. each Sunday at Mokuleia Field. Admission is $8. Call 688-3154.
