Below are some highlights of what’s happening in the Central Oahu community for the next few weeks.

* BLOOD The Hawaii Blood Bank conducts a donor drive from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. April 21 at Mililani Town Center. Call 845-9966.

* BOARDS The North Shore Neighborhood Board meets at 7 p.m. April 24 at Alii Beach Park; and the Mililani-WaipioMelemanu board meets at 7:30 p.m. April 25 at Mililani Rec Center III. Call 527-5749.

* PSYCHICS Mililani Town Center hosts Psychic Fairs by Intuitive Entertainment from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 239-2574.

* GLOBAL WARMING The Sukyo Mahikari Center screens An Inconvenient Truth at 6 p.m. April 21 at 1127 California Ave. Call 621-9220.

* BUNNIES Mililani Library offers Bunny Stories at 10:30 a.m. April 21, followed by a display of live rabbits from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. by The Hawaii All-breed Rabbit Club. Call 627-7470.

* HAKU LEI Wahiawa Botanical Garden offers a haku lei making class with Doris Lee at 1 p.m. April 24. Fee is $10. Call 522-7064. * STORYTIME Wahiawa Library hosts a free preschool storytime at 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays through April 25. Call 622-6345.

* KEIKI SHOW Waialua Library hosts a Honolulu Theatre for Youth program, The Sense-Sational Show, at 10 a.m. April 27. Call 637-8286.

* DOLE FUN Dole Plantation sponsors a Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 28 with food, entertainment, arts and crafts, a bouncer and prizes. Call 220-4981.

* SUSTAINABILITY The Hawaii 2050 Sustainability Task Force meets from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. April 28 in the Sunset Beach Elementary School cafeteria to gather ideas from the public on goals and strategies. Call 550-2661.

* BOOK SALE Wahiawa Library conducts a sale of books, CDs and videos during library hours April 30 to May 4, and also 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 5. Call 622-6345.

* STORIES Waialua Library presents a free storytime and activities for children at 10 a.m. Saturdays now through May. Call 637-8286.

* MOMS The Central Oahu Moms Club invites stay-at-home mothers and their children to join its activities. Call 218-8524.
