Throughout Haleiwa Beach Park, guests will experience the festival’s theme of “Celebrate The Arts and Rediscover The Artist Within,” through various activities and exhibits.

Works by more than 140 artists will be on view (and available for purchase directly from the artist), including original paintings, photography, acrylics, jewelry, fabric, glass and more. Keiki can enjoy special kid-friendly activities and storytellers. For the whole family, musicians and dancers will perform (including hula), and folks can hop aboard a cultural trolley tour to watch art demonstrations.

Head over to the “Cool Stuff to Buy” booth where limited edition poster prints and shirts will be sold, including those created for festivals since 1998. Food and beverages will be available on site, as well as at local Haleiwa eateries.

Haleiwa town local businesses and galleries also are open late, offering promotions and attractions.

Admission to the festival is free. Hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, July 21 and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sunday, July 22. For more information call 637-2277 or visit www.haleiwaartsfestival.org
