HCAP Offers Help With Electric And Gas Bills

Low-income families may qualify to receive help with their electric and gas bills by filling out an application with the Honolulu Community Action Program.

Good for one month only, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program is taking applications now through June 30 at all five Oahu offices, including HCAP’s Central Oahu District Center at 99-102 Kalaloa St. in Aiea.

For details and hours of operation, call 488-6834.

Bring your original bill from HECO or GASCO, proof of residence, proof of income and household assets, and personal identification for all members of the household.
