Do you really know who you are, and can you prove it?
State personnel will process applications for Hawaii identification cards from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 19 at Mililani High School.
Fee is $15 cash, or $10 for people 65 and older. The ID cards are good for eight years - a two-year extension from previous cards.
Applicants must bring their Social Security cards and a copy of their birth certificate or resident alien card. All changes in status or name because of marriage, divorce, annulment, adoption or citizenship also must be certified by government-issued documents.
For more information, call 587-3111 or go to www.stateid.hawaii.gov.
