State ID Card Service Aug. 25 In Mililani

State personnel will process state ID card applications from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 25 in the Mililani High School cafeteria.

The fee for residents age 65 and older is $10 cash, and $15 for all others. Priority will be given to those with completed application forms and required certified documents.

Minimal documentation is an original Social Security card, resident alien card or certified copy of a birth certificate. Changes in status also must be supported by official documents.
