* KALAMA CLUSTER The city Department of Planning and Permitting accepts comments through Aug. 9 on a proposed 26-unit cluster housing plan for Mokuhano Street in Kalama Valley. Materials are available at Hawaii Kai satellite city hall. Call 768-8034.
