Sites in East Oahu include Makapuu Point Lighthouse, Halona Blowhole, Lanai Lookout, Hanauma Bay, Spitting Caves and Diamond Head Lookout. To sign up, call 397-2651, ext. 253 or go online to www.sanctuaryoceancount.org.
