* LANDFILL COMMENTSThe public has until July 7 to comment on the proposed 15-year expansion of Waimanalo Gulch Landfill. Contact the city Department of Environmental Services on Uluohia Street in Kapolei.
* ROYAL MUSIC The Royal Hawaiian Band plays a free concert at 6 p.m. July 8 at Waipio Soccer Complex. Call 922-5331.
* BALLROOM DANCE The Pearlridge chapter of the Hawaii Ballroom Dance Association registers students for classes in East Coast swing, foxtrot and mambo July 8, 15 and 22 at the Waimalu Elementary School cafeteria.
