* HANDS-FREE HOWTO Verizon Wireless offers free workshops on how to adapt cell and smart phones to hands-free devices from 5 to 7 p.m. July 23 at store locations in Kapolei (563 Farrington Hwy.), Pearl Highlands (1000 Kamehameha Hwy.) and Pearlridge Uptown Center. * STORAGE HEARING The city Department of Planning and Permitting conducts a pubic hearing at 10:30 a.m. July 29 at Kapolei Hale on a special management permit for Sause Brothers Inc. to build a cargo storage yard and wastewater treatment plant near Kalaeloa Harbor. Call James Morisato at 768-8026.
