* SAVE WATER Winning posters and poems from the Board of Water Supply’s Water Conservation Week contest are on view July 27-Aug. 7 at Kapolei Hale.

* STORAGE HEARING The city Department of Planning and Permitting conducts a pubic hearing at 10:30 a.m. July 29 at Kapolei Hale on a special management permit for Sause Brothers Inc. to build a cargo storage yard and wastewater treatment plant near Kalaeloa Harbor. Call James Morisato at 768-8026.
* YACHT TOURS The yacht Lynx - “America’s Privateer” - is expected to arrive by 3 p.m. July 31 at Ko Olina marina from the Transpac race, and tours will be conducted Aug. 1-2 and 6-9. Call 1-866-446-5969.
