* RAIL MEETING The city Department of Transportation Services sponsors a “SMART Youth Summit” on the rail transit project from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 12 at Leeward Community College, with free lunch, high-tech presentations, hands-on seminars, entertainment by Kolohe Kai, emcee Augie T. and an address by the mayor. * PROJECT GRAD Pearl City High School Project Graduation sells KC Waffle Dogs and Jamba Juice from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 13 and 14 at Cutter Ford Aiea (98-015 Kamehameha Hwy.) to offset costs for its all-night event for graduating seniors.
