* FOOD DONATIONS Kapolei Curves welcomes canned food for Hawaii Foodbank this month: 7 a.m.-1 p.m. and 3-7:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday; 7 a.m.-1 p.m. and 3-7 p.m. Friday; and 8-11:30 a.m. Saturday at 8890 Kamokila Blvd. Service fee to the women’s gym will be waived March 8 through 20 in exchange for a bag of groceries. * TAIKO AT LCC Kenny Endo presents Convergence at 8 p.m. March 13 in Leeward Community College Theatre, featuring the best of classical Japanese drumming with percussion-ist Kiyohiko Semba, violinist Takahashi Kaori, bamboo flautist Kaoru Watanabe and dancer/choreographer Miho Morinoue.
